I'm short on saves, but not sure who to drop. Probably can't drop anyone until Votto or Quentin comes back to the team though. Plus, I just traded for the slumping Vernon Wells hoping that he'd get out of this funk. Still waiting. So, what should I do? Some FAs include... Bailey or Luke Scott, Chris Young, Rios, Rasmus, Reimold. Thanks all!

First off, as a Jays fan I would much rather have Rios than V Wells. Wells is complete garbage. 1 amazing season followed by 4 average seasons for a CF.
On to the question at hand. Without seeing your closing situation I would say you aren't really in need of HR so go for Bailey, who is for new Oakland's closer.
Bailey. Closers are harder to come by than home runs. Remember, closers get 30 saves, non-closers get 1-2 saves (out of a pen). Power hitters get 30 HRs, non-power hitters get 15.
