When filling out your pitching staff for 5x5 roto do you prefer to have more starters or closers/relievers and why?

I like to get a fairly good balance, but I lean somewhat toward starters, because their jobs are less volatile than closers. There is always some closer that can be had from the WW.

Depends if there's an Ip limit. If there is I try and set up my staff so that I can rest my starters approx 10 or 20% of the time, so that I can play matchups.

i like to have more starters so i can dominate wins and k's, versus just saves. though i usally still have 3 closer/mr
