I was offered this trade in a 10 team mixed h2h league. I am leaning toward no though what do u guys think. I also think my pitching staff needs a little help and he has good pitching like lincecum, grienke and Peavy. Should I make a move and go for one of them? Thanks any help is appreciated.

Taveras and Santana are garbage. I think getting Felix is a great idea, but I wouldn't do that deal. Chipper is always hurt, and as I said before Taveras and Santana aren't worth much IMO. Taveras is only good for steals and since he can't steal 1B he won't do much for you except kill your avg.
