Dice-K and Price for Wainwright? WHIR

I just dont think that Price will be able to keep his pitch count down. I want to trade him before he goes to the pen or the minors to work things out. And Dice-k just sucks right now. I'm thinking of trading both for either Wainwright or Javier Vazquez. What do you think. I'm in a points based H2H league. Should I be patient or are my concerns legit. Please Help! WHIR
