12 team roto 6x6 with TB and losses

Batters
C: Victor Martinez (C,1B)
1B: Billy Butler (1B)
2B: Ian Kinsler (2B)
3B: Garrett Atkins (1B,3B)
SS: Troy Tulowitzki (SS)
OF: Nate McLouth (OF), Justin Upton (OF), Matt Kemp (OF)
Util: Ben Zobrist (2B,SS,OF), Geovany Soto (C)
BN: Josh Hamilton (OF), Joey Votto (1B)
DL: Carlos Quentin (OF), Aramis Ramirez (3B)

Pitchers
SP: Jake Peavy (SP), Randy Johnson (SP), Roy Oswalt (SP)
RP: Frank Francisco (RP), Andrew Bailey (RP)
P: Joakim Soria (RP), Kenshin Kawakami (SP)
BN: Josh Johnson (SP), Scott Baker (SP), Clayton Kershaw (SP)

So Peavy out for atleast a month is my fifth major major player out for over 3 weeks. Is there any hope at all? Is there any move I should make? I think I just have to quit, god clearly doesn't want me to win. Over half my bench is dled players. I feel like crying now, :~(

I don't know that there is anything you could do except try and trade a couple of your injured stars and get what you can. Or flat out cut one or 2 of them and get a guy in there that's gonna play. I'd shop all of them and see what you can get.

I would not give up. There are those moves that suddenly work. Plug away.

Ironically, I recall giving up one time. Looked back at my team like two months later. I was in the playoffs without and roster changes or moves. Ended up losing in the finals.

You can always come out. Throw out some offers and see what happens. Someone may bite on two DL'ed stars for 3-4 other serviceable stars. Add a couple of pickups and you are on upside again.

I've got on one of my teams Hamilton, Votto, Peavy, and Halladay (who left tonight with a possible groin injury). Yes, that is not good either. But, the fact is that with a few moves, you can get right into it. Hamilton and ARam for the best 3B you can get it. That's what I would try to pull.

Thing is though, if I were to package both of them, who will be back in 4 weeks or so, I would be lucky to pull in a beltre level player. It's just not worth it to trade injured players wh owill be back in a mnoth for next to nothing.

If that is your outlook, your only real option is to wait it out.

If you think you are only going to get Adrian Beltre for Hamilton and Ramirez, one of two things is true. Either you are selling yourself short, or the best way to win your league is to take advantage of its awful awful (x2!!!) trade market on dinged up stars, and buy other team's injured studs and sit on them a couple of weeks until they return.

And Francisco is on the dl.

That's my sixth potential all-star on the dl.

I'm thinknig at this point I just quit. This is like a divine message or soemthing. What are the odds that 6 players, none of whom has major injury histories, all suffer severe severe injuries at the same time. I want to cry.

You have to try ANYTHING in place of Atkins. He is awful right now.

And see if you can grab a couple of stud middle relievers to put in your lineup to help with pitching for awhile.

Ouch! You were pretty unlucky. I wouldn't give up though. There are many aspects to fantasy and you can still make due with average guys until some of your soldiers are healed. Be smart with who you are starting and benching and be the best manager you can be. There is not much you can do trade wise but always be keeping your eye on the waiver wire to fill some of your holes.
