i have only actually seen him pitch vs Yanks, but following the box scores. in Yankee game he reminded me of a young AJ Burnett, trying to throw the perfect pitch, even with 3-1, 3-2. maybe still doesn't trust his stuff enough. obviously trying to strike lot of guys out. he won't see many 7th innings at this pace though. next year will be the season.

From looking at his numbers, it seems like most young pitchers with overpowering stuff, he is trying to strikeout the side every time. Once he realizes that he doesn't have to strike out every hitter, he will be ok.
