Soriano?

Postby Bloody Nipples » Tue Mar 16, 2004 3:57 am

I have heard in a couple places that Soriano might be coming to SF! The giants would give perez, hammonds, linden, and a pitching prospect. WOuldnt that be insane?

I cannot even imagine that deal going through. Ned Colletti said that the Giants were not close to completing any deals as of Sunday (3/14).

I suppose their is hope though. Where would he play? RF?

And who would want Hammonds or Neifi?

I'm not so sure that the Rangers would want Linden either. They are loaded with bats.

Do you have any sources that back up your notion?

yahoo sports news had an article about what moves GMs should make, and my friend showed me a post on the giant website forums about it. I also saw something way back before Texas said they would keep Soriano that the Giants would be a good candidate for him. Nothing remotely officical, but something to hope for!

I think that that's a rather good meathod.
