He was pretty consistent so seeing him such a prolonged slump is odd. They tried Jones in the 4hole lately...anybody watching him see something out of whack? Is there cause for concern here? I'm giving him a very long leash but he's riding pine for the foreseeable future on my teams.

There has never been a baseball player that doesn't slump, ever.

The entire Baltimore offense has been in a funk, Wieters, Adam Jones, Roberts, Huff, Markakis...UGH.

Um, well everyone except Reimold & Scott, lately ...
Re Markakis -- yeah, the slump is worrisome, his digits are dismal. He does tend to perform better post-ASB, though.

He did this last year 'round this time too. It is annoying, but he should snap out of it..

We can only hope. The good news I guess is that he's shown he can put up numbers quickly when he is right so there is plenty left in the bat.

Try to buy low if u need a high AVG rubs/rbi guy. He'l l break out of his slump eventually. At least he's doing better than Rios.
Here's the pitch on the way, a swing and a belt! Left field! Way back! BLUE JAYS WIN!
