Tempting to grab Haren, because I think you could use another SP more than offense, but I would stand pat. Those bats are too hot to give up for Rollins (streaky this year) or Haren (keep watching up and comers like Outman to see if you can land another SP off the wire)
Gotta agree with the previous poster. If you grab one of them, it's got to be Haren because of your need at SP, but I don't know if I'd trade either Mauer or Vmart for him straight-up. I'm assuming LaRoche would slide into Vmart's place at 1B if this trade went through, which would be a downgrade until LaRoche heated up for the second half.
If you're going to trade one, I guess it would be VMart. As has been mentioned already you need help at SP and SS. I'm not sold on Rollins, so I think Haren would probably get you better value, however, Rollins would be a huge upgrade over Renteria and that would probably be the deciding factor for me. My only question would be, who would fill in at 1B? Are there any better options out there then LaRoche?

Good thought. I would suggest however that you shop V-mart for 2 guys. Something like a 1b that can duplicate V-mart's product + a SS or SP. You should be able to trade that C eligibility for something, without losing production out of your 1b spot. Find someone with 2 good 1b (that doesn't have McCann, Inge or Martin at C) and offer them V-Mart for the lesser of those 1b and an SP. That should be a no-brainer for both sides if someone has an extra 1b which most likely someone does.
Thanks for all of your advice. I think I am going to make the Vmart for Haren deal to help my pitching staff. I grabbed Barmes off of the WW (in a 14 team league with deep benches their isn't much else out there) to take over temporarily for Rentaria. I figure I can probably move an OF for a 1B or even Broxton for a 1B and lesser closer.
I don't understand why everyone keeps saying "I'm not sold on Rollins"! It's Jimmy Rollins, one of the greatest ball players in the game. The same guy many owners spent a first round pick on. Sure he's in a funk but great hitters will prove themselves over the course of a season. I say trade Vmart for Rollins. You'll get a first round talent SS for the Vmart who can be replaced much easier. Hope that helps.
