i own jason bartlett, and i am doubting hes going to be the same, this is what i read about him "Mon 8 - SS Jason Bartlett (sprained left ankle) won't be ready when eligible to come off the disabled list Wednesday, manager Joe Maddon said, though his absence isn't expected to be a long-term one. He likely will need a few rehab games in the minors before returning.".........based on that SHOULD I HOLD ON TO HIM? WILL HE KEEP HIS POWER UP OR IS IT GOING DOWN??

I also own him and when someone puts up numbers like he has kinda unexpected you have to worry an injury could cause his numbers to drop, but there is no reason to drop him especially since he is only taking up a DL spot at this point.

He's likely to regress one way or another after that hot start. In this case, taking a few days and rehabbing in minor league games isn't a bad thing. As long as he's healthy when he gets back, I think you will see him continue to produce. Just don't be surprised if he does slow down. Think brandon inge earlier this year. Inge has remained good but isnt nearly as hot, expect the same from Bartlett.

I agree, Bartlett will slow down, but as long as he's healthy expect some pretty solid, and pretty surprising numbers based on our pre-season expectations. He could realistically put up a .300 BA with 15-20 HR and 30 SB. Pretty damn good numbers from someone who was availalbe on most WWs at the beginning of the season.

I have him, but was completely expecting a regression even prior to his ankle injury. Hitting 12-13 homers is still possible (his 7 to this point is an apparition), but stealing 30 after a 15 day(+) ankle injury might be expecting too much.

I hope he comes out showing no signs of rust so I can still trade him high.
