scrooge mcduck/bill dewitt sig?

In stl our majority owner bill dewitt is a fierce liar.....

he says he will spend and then after tickets are sold he doesnt, this is happening this year after 3 seasons just like it...i often picture him like scrooge mcduck swimming in his money bin, maybe i could get a sig for it?
