Ortiz, Peavy, Milton.

Ortiz might kill your WHIP but I think Peavy is dealing with an injury. And Milton.. no.

peavy

Their "average projections" sort out like this:

RuOrtiz: 16-10/ 211IP/ 148K/ 3.90ERA/ 1.34WHIP
Milton: 12-8/ 173IP/ 119K/ 4.23ERA/ 1.24WHIP
Peavy: 13-11/ 188IP/ 161K/ 4.18ERA/ 1.31WHIP

Personally, I rank them Peavy/Milton/Russ...but all are VERY close IMO.
