Trade: Ortiz for Lincecum?

One owner in my league emailed me saying that he felt this trade was lopsided and should be vetoed (commish veto). Although I think it is somewhat lopsided, I don't think it is veto worthy. Thoughts?

Jorge Cantu/David Ortiz/Alexei Ramirez

It's a 3-3 trade, and the second trio of players are the 3 best in the deal. That's gotta be collusive in some manner.
