Can anybody tell me how to find out who is playing any sooner? We are using Yahoo Sports and I know that the ^ and x tell you if they are playing. But it only tells you about an hour before the game. And if my backup has already played then I can't change it. I can't sit in front of my computer all day and wait to see if someone got scratched. I had Aubrey Huff in my lineup this morning. I leave for the day and when I get back I find out he's been scratched. This happens all the time and its driving me crazy. Any advice? Thanks.

Short of finding and giving you the phone number of every manager in baseball, that hour before game time is about as good as it is gonna get. Lineups normally get released to the media in the ballpark a couple hours before the game starts.

Go to individual team blogs(Usually newspaper websites). They have the lineups anywhere 2-5 hours before the game. There's still late scratches though. But unlike Yahoo these sites update it.
