Holliday / Cruz / Bay / Markakis / A. Jones / J. Upton / Damon / Ibanez

We only start 3 OF, plus a utility spot. I really need to trade some of my absurd OF depth, thus I think this trade is a no-brainer for me. What do you guys think?
Plus, Zimmerman is cooling off a lot...

I don't know if it is a no brainer but I would defintiely do it. Getting Wright is huge even in a nonkeeper and BJ should turn it on eventually.

Well my initial reaction was - I don't like the deal. You already have a pretty good 3B, and getting BJ upton means you only reduce your OF talent glut by one. Maybe you could counter for D Wright and someone at another position?

That was my initial reaction, again. Thinking for a bit, I think I like the move. See on most teams, J Upton and Ibanez are two of the best OF in the lineup. However you have sooo much talent there, these guys are probably riding pine and need to be moved! D Wright is a great buy-low right now for two high-producers. Way I see it, this year Ibanez and Upton can only play worse than they have so far. Wright should play a lot better.
