pick up Loney, N. Johnson or Stewart? WHIR

Postby Bjorne Greece » Sun Jun 07, 2009 12:38 pm

I'm thinking of dropping Casey Blake for one of them, which is best? I like Stewart's power #'s, but Loney and Johnson help a lot in BA where I could probably use some help considering the other 1b/3b eligible guys I have are Mark Reynolds and Chris Davis.

I think Johnson has the chance to put up the best #'s, but who knows how long he'll be healthy. There's also been a lot of rumor talk about him going to a contender, which should improve his #'s even more. You'd be taking a chance with Johnson... Loney would also be a solid pickup, and there isn't the health risk associated with Johnson.

Loney is a solid pick up. but keep an eye on stewart, he is young, maybe he got his swing together. I am gonna watch him the next 2 or 3 games. bc i have garrett atkins and could easily get demoted bc of stewart swingin the bat so well

I would grab loney. he stays healthy, gives you a solid batting average and (for some reason) hits in the heart of an incredible lineup so he should get a ton of cheap RBIs. No contest here.

help w/ mine? viewtopic.php?f=26&t=389150#p3101452
