Yahoo! public 5v5 roto 12 team.

I give my:
Crawford, JP howell, Billingsly
For his:
Bay, Fuentes, Haren

My roster:

C- Inge
1b- Berkman
2b- Sanchez
3b- Zimmerman
SS- Zobrist
OF- Braun
OF- Upton
OF- Crawford
Util- Granderson
BN- Peralta, Bourn

SP- Hamels, Billingsly, Felix, Price, Hanson, Volstad, Kershaw, Lilly
RP- Street, Bailey, Hawkins, Howell

So I'm first in steals and top 3 in every cat except HR, RBI, and saves. He has Utley and A. Hill and 2b/RP are my weak point. I'm thinking about countering Crawford/Howell for his Utley/Fuentes. Thoughts?

Edit: Do you like the counter or original offer better?

I like it. You have some speed guys in Upton and Granderson so you can afford to lose Crawford. Bay will be a great addition and Haren is a top 5 pitcher! Go for it!
Thanks for the help!

I say do it, if you need HR, RBI, and SV. Bay will get 130-140 rbi in the middle of that Red Sox lineup......Though it looks like whoever has Crawford will win their league's SB.....Your counter looks good you too....

I do it without reservation. The only think you lose is speed, and you have enough to make up for it. Every other offensive stat is a gain, and I like BIllingsley more than Haren, personally. I always get scared by the 2nd half of Haren...

I like the version with Bay better. He's been tearing it up. I had Utley last year and his power numbers dipped in the second half.

the Utley trade fits your needs better - the other one is good too but I like Bill over Haren

In a roto league, I like the first deal better. Bay's run production is going to be great in Fenway and with their lineup, and Haren has been dominant. Second deal is good as well, but I think you do more with the first.

Help w/ mine? viewtopic.php?t=389088
