Wandy Rodriguez dropped, worth #2 waivers? WHIR

After three awful starts someone cut bait. Don't know if he is hurt or just going through a slump. As you can see from my signature I'm already carrying 8 starters, and really don't want to take up another roster spot on a starter as I like to have roster flexibility. Wandy still seems like a home matchup guy anyway, so I was leaning against putitng a claim in, but was looking for your thoughts?
