Trade Jeter or wait for pitching

In my 5x5 AL only league, 9 teams, each team gets five national leaguers (3 offensive, SP, RP).

I am 1st in runs, 2nd in HR, RBI, SB, and 4th in average, but last in ERA and WHip, second last in wins. I have been offered the following trade;

I Get:
Washburn or Garza and O.Cabrera/Lugo/Y. Betancourt
I give up:
Derek Jeter

I have Asdrubal cabrera to take over at SS when he comes off the DL, so i need a short stop replacement. My current four AL starters are: David Price, Ervin Santana, Joba Chamberlain, Francisco Liriano...I have Smoltz and Westbrook on my DL, should i go with the starters I have or deal Jeter?
