Just thought I'd point out that Ian Stewart is god like.
Leading the Rockies in HR's with 10. 3 out of the last 4 Games in he has a 3 Run HR. That makes up for ALL of the rockies 3 run HR's on the season.
The kid has 128 AB's 10 HR's and 30 RBI's.
he's only batting around .220 but I'd chalk that up to irregular playing time. Tracy is bound to give this guy some more AB's.
He just turned 24 as well . I love him long time
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

Was just about to start a thread on Stewart, even though I think there's an old one floating around somewhere.
I really hope he continues to see regular playing time. He's by far Colorado's best source of power this season, and I think you're right that with regular playing time his average would improve - it would likely settle in the .270 range. I think this kid has legit 35-40 HR power, and its unacceptable as a manager not to get that kind of bat in your lineup on a daily basis.
Speaking of Colorado, Atkins batting cleanup is absurd. Helton batting 3rd is fine. Hawpe should be batting cleanup, followed by Stewart, and then Atkins in the six hole. It's a completely useless experiment that I hope ends very soon. The only potential reasoning for the move is that they're hoping to jumpstart him, get him some good RBI opps to showcase him for potential trade partners.

EDIT: Actually, I am happy about it as well. I love middle tier CI/MI guys who have dual eligibility, they can prove to be invaluable in deeper leagues.

Ian Stewart is a stud. Word around the Denver news scene is that he is going to be playing every day. The guy leads the team in HR's and is a solid 3B.
Atkins needs to catch on fire so he can be traded. I think Stewart is a Troy Glaus type player except not as fat. .260-275 40HR's
