Are these league settings balanced?

-Im starting a mid-season public yahoo league. 16 team 7x7 h2h.
-EDIT: drafting Thursday (june 11?) at 3pm PST called "baseball?! if youd like to join

Rosters:
2 catchers
1b, 2b, 3b, SS, CI, MI
5 OF
Util

3 SP
3 RP
4 P
6 bench
Edit: 3 DL

Stat Cats:
R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, TB, OPS
W, SV, K, HLD, ERA, WHIP, QS

Are the rosters settings balanced between OF and IF and pitching and hitting?
Do you think TB and OPS are too redundant?

sounds likea great league...i only wish i had more notice so i could join but i have plans tomorrow....i like the stats that you are counting....should make for a much more fair and even league!!

I would add a few more DL slots. 1DL slot with that many players is very annoying.

I agree. Other than that it seems like a good league.
