Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

Hey guys so after an amazing first game and much hype about this kid I'm ready to get on the bandwagon, he was added/dropped quick for Beckham earlier so I'd have to burn my waiver priority, which right now is 6th. Wondering if you guys think he's worth it for that reason alone.
As well if I were to drop him most droppable players are the following
M. Cuddyer
B. Butler
or could drop a pitcher which would be
L. Hernandez
I'm leaning towards dumping Cuddyer, because I could definitely use the boost in speed. But will he even be better than Cuddyer?
Thanks for any replies!

I doubt he'll be better than Cuddyer, but then again Cuddyer is playing hurt right now. If you're dying to add McCutchen, I see no reason why Butler shouldn't be dropped. He's been servicable, but not great, and he doesn't seem like he's of age to fully mature into the hitter people hailed him to be.
Help on mine?

thanks for the help on mine..... I would drop butler for him since you need the speed. Doesn't hurt to take a flier on him hitting atop the line up he could score some runs and prolly swipe a few bags

I picked him up. Along with Beckham. Im in a situation where Im in a keeper league and have kind of written this year off. Looking towards the future Im taking a flier on these 2 and if they pan out I might keep them. In your case if your contending and your in desperate need of speed I would take him. If its a deep league as well grab a potential star.
