Traded Branyan/Duke for C-Jones/Cain. I think I made out pretty well on this deal (I have A-Ram coming off the DL mid-season, knock on wood).

Yeah I'd say you did quite nicely. Duke may be better than Cain right now, but overall its not a big difference. Meanwhile, C Jones is sooo far above Branyan overall. Hopefully A-ram won't be coming off the DL just as C-Jones is going on it, though!

You think Duke is above Cain? My logic was that Cain is better than Duke (due to strikeout potential, and a little better track record), and the fact that the peripherals (BABIP, etc) indicate Duke has been extremely lucky this year and I sold the other side that Branyan was an upgrade on C-Jones (so far his numbers are far better in my league, and aside from BA, I think he'll keep it up).

Great trade man! You upgraded on both ends, however Chipper scares me a little bit. Cain is much better than Duke overall, so that is a no brainer.
