Talking about embarrassing huh Beltran? Maybe run hard out the box and not get gunned at 3rd for the 3rd out.

That's the way Beltran runs...he doesn't look like there is any effort, but he is busting it. That said, trying to stretch it into a triple with 2 outs is bad baseball.

EDIT: When watching the highlights (or low lights) you're right, he didn't bust it 100% out of the box.

Acta sucks. Hanrahan throws a perfect inning after coming in last night, then what does he do? He sends him back out. I will be shocked if the Nats get more then 45 wins this season.
