No to both. McLouth is one hot month or one hot stretch, and otherwise, he's middling. I'm not a believer. This is H2H: just get yourself to the playoffs. You'll be fine even without byes with Reyes.

Right now I might ask for a little more for Reyes, maybe a starter. The thing is, it was just revealed that he has a torn muscle in one of his legs, so McLouth might be good value, Reyes might not be running when he comes back.
Help?

Mclouth isn't a good deal. I doubt you could get Ibanez out of him but you need to raise your standards on Reyes.

Def no to the first trade, I wouldn't even consider it, Reyes will come back and he is way too valuable. The 2nd deal is intriguing but I would still pass.

Reyes straight up for McLouth is a definite NO. There are conflicting reports on his injury, yes it is a tear, but a minor tear.
The second deal is intriguing. I think your pitching is good enough to lose CC and still be OK, so I would do it. The only thing is that I would turn around and try to deal Juan Pierre and someone for a mid level SS.

Since this is a non-keeper, I wonder what you should do with Sizemore? I would consider moving him if you can. Depending on your record and rank, if you need to move up, he's one to try to package up. You might be able to get a Nelson Cruz for him.
