Pujols - Am I Getting a Good Deal? WHIR

Option #1

My J Upton, Franklin and Smoltz for his Pujols.

Non-Keeper 12 Team H2H

C Sandoval
1B Morneau
2B Uggla
3B Longoria
SS Theriot
OF J Upton, Hunter, Hamilton (DL)
UTL Morales, C Davis
BN Butler, Reimold, Beckham, McCutchen

SP Hamels, Felix, Shields, Volstad, Danks, Hanson, Smoltz, Jimenez
RP Franklin, Street, Wood, Marmol

I'm left with Street and Wood to close (who cares?). I feel like I'm carrying too many RP's and can't get myself to drop any of them. Marmol's not even closing. OF gets even thinner but I add the monster. He's also got Ichiro available for a little less but likes Upton, Franklin and Smoltz, in that order. All WW pickups so if I can get Pujols out of it I'm up, right? He's teetering on the edge, any suggestions? Hold with this offer?

Option #2

Wait for Smoltz to come back from DL (2 weeks or so) and drop someone else. Who should I drop, pitcher or hitter?

You are giving up pretty much nothing for the best hitter in baseball. I would never agree to that if I had Pujols, but if that is all it takes to get him - go for it. The rest is relatively replacable.

Steal for you, if he's on the edge, toss in one of those young bats like McCutcheon. Still a steal for you.

Help?
