My pitching has been maddening so far this season as the staff is simply not put together well. I have OF depth and I'm looking for another pitcher, one whom I can trust to put out there every week, but no one is biting on Hart, Dunn, or Werth. So, what do you all think of this:
Adam Dunn for Josh Johnson?
It was offered to me, but I don't think I like it. Pros: I have OF depth and Johnson has been very good. He's also younger and a very solid keeper, which is fairly important for my older team. Cons: I lose a lot of power and Dunn is more valuable in our league than others since OPS is a stat cat. Additionally, Johnson's value is down some since he plays on a crappy team and we count not only wins, but QS-L.

i think u should shop Dunn if u cant get better pull the trigger cuz johnson is a solid keeper and i also think u can throw riemold or derosa out there with not that much of a diff expt power
I agree with the above. Shop Dunn, but not too long, and then grab the deal. I wonder if the Nationals will be trading their pieces and eliminating any protection Dunn has.
Interesting, I must say that I'm pretty surprised.
Still, I think it makes sense. OF course the guy is now saying he wants A-Gon instead, which won't happen, but I'm thinking I can get him to do the deal nonetheless.
I would make this move, I like Dunn but he is showing his true colors as his abnormally high average is coming crashing back down to earth. Especially in a keeper league I love Josh Johnson now and for the future, make it happen.
