Start Baker against Cle???

Should I start this guy against Cleveland today? My ERA right now is 0.82 with a 2.45 H/9 and 1.64 BB/9. I have no wins or losses, but my opponent has 2 wins and 0 losses with a 1.69 ERA, 8.44 H/9 and 2.53 BB/9.

I also have Kershaw and Harang starting today, but not sure if I should play them either. I will most likely sit Harang against Carpenter.
