Would dropping Meche or Maholm be a better move?

I'd probably wait to see what they do first before making a move. Best thing is go with your gut.

I'd drop Maholm, probably for McCutchen. I'd go McCutchen over Beckham since he's had a bit more time in the minors and hopefully is more ready for major league pitching.

My real question is why do you have two underperforming shortstops on your bench? I would probably wait and see on both Beckham and McCuctheon. I'm not sure how immediate an impact either player is going to have. Beckham has only about 200 minor league at bats so it's tough to know how ready he really is.

Help with mine?

Thanks for the help with mine.

I say why not take a flier on one of 'em? McCutheon is probably the better bet at this point but either could blow up for a quick spurt if nothing more. Tulo hasn't been playing well at all.
