Start Ryan Ludwick yet?

He's been downright awful lately, should I give him a chance tonight or sit him? My other options are Willy Taveras, who I'm worried about because of his hamstring and if he's not running he's no use to me, or Ben Francisco. I also have Jerry Hairston Jr.

Also, I currently am starting Adam Dunn and Adam Lind, should I sit Dunn against RJ?
