Whats the deal with him. It seems he always K'd a ton but had a TON of power. He's still hitting HR's in Nashville but his average is .229 which is WAY lower then his Minor League career average of .281.

Will he ever make it to the pros or is he a Minor League Lifer

He's a AAAA player. His average was inflated since he played in Colorado's system for all those years (pretty much every one of their minor league parks are known as hitters stadiums). He's pretty much never been on a top prospect list. While, the power is real, he's never really going to amount to much. He's already been placed on waivers twice, so it's not like clubs are clamoring to keep him. Plus, he doesn't really have a position in the brewer organization.
