I like Ross a bit more since it's not a keeper. Ross has shown his power is legit in the bigs, and Reimold should be the better player down the road, but I still think he's adjusting to big league pitching.
Reimold to me is a lot like Rick Ankiel offensively. He has immediate 30 HR potential, but will be very streaky. Your comparing one young OF to one like him older, I'd go with the upside in Nolan. Plus, he has better lineup protection.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
Looks like this is going to be tough for you. I'd go Reimold. I think taking the chance on the upside is always worth it.
Ross you may know what your getting, but thats about it, I don't think Reimold will be any worse than Ross but has potential to be much better even immediately.
Unless your OF is bad and you want to make some drastic changes, I would stick with Ross. In the normal lineup, Reimold should only be a bench player, especially yours is not a keeper league.
Cody Ross isn't too shabby in HR and RBI either. I mean he is not gonna give you 100/30/100, but he has the decent power and gives your some stable HR and RBI output. Reimold, I don't know how he is gonna turn out. Beside, he doesn't even have a stable spot in the lineup. I have Reimold in my lineup, I just don't know how long he can hold. I mean if it's dropping Ross for Luke Scott, you may think about it, but not for Reimold IMO.
Tough call, but I would probably go with Reimold. I'm a sucker for potential, but it also makes sense. Even though its a real small sample he has shown he can hit for power in the majors. He'll have his ups and downs, but he's in a good lineup so that should help him.
