Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

It's probably past time to cut Big Papi and there are some intriguing young 2-start pitchers to consider picking up for next week. How would you rank these options for next week and the rest of the season, if different. My league is a 12-team H2H fantasy points keeper league and pitchers score most of their pointsinnings pitched and avoiding earned runs (wins aren't very important as a win = 1 ip). Here are the choices, in order of % owned on Sportsline.com: C.Richard, CWS (v.DET, @MIL) J.Outman, OAK (v.MIN, @SF) J.A.Happ, PHI (@NYM, v.BOS) B.McCarthy, TEX (v.TOR, v.LA) R.Ohlendorf, PIT (@ATL, v.DET) S.Feldman, TEX (v.TOR, v.LA) J.Vargas, SEA (@BAL, @COL) J.Niemann, TB (@NYY, v.WAS) A.Swarzak, MIN (@OAK, @CHC) S.West, FLA (v.SF, @TOR) B.Buckner, ARI (v.SF, v.HOU) My first ranking is 1. Outman, 2. McCarthy, 3. Richard, but I don't really have any reasons to back that up. Thanks for your suggestion and leave a link for return help!

Outman looks to have the best matchup for next week. Honestly, I might consider West after him, due to matchups. For the rest of the season, I'd go Outman, McCarthy, Swarzak

Outman, then Swarzak. True for the week, Outman still for the season. Otherwise, McCarthy? I like wha what Mike Maddux is doing with the Rangers this season. Thanks for help on mine.
