I wouldn't do it. I think AGon is a total stud and only touching the surface of what he can do. You could get a lot more than those two guys. Aim higher if you want to trade him.

Ludwick and McClouth are solid. I'd look for a 3b upgrade AND an OF upgrade if your going that way.

I agree with the others as far as this trade goes. But I have a feeling AGon will be seeing more and more IBB's and his torrid HR numbers will suffer a bit. Still, I wouldn't do this trade. You can do much better.
