Lost Hamilton and Sizemore:

My league is heavy pitcher friendly, (+4 per K, +10 per win)... hitters: +5 per HR,

Trade: Sizemore for Ellsbury and Ted Lilly? I like it , but for some reason i am optimistic about Sizemore.

Trade: J.Happ for Justin Upton? While u might think this is a no-brainer to get Upton, Happ is primed to be good, and again, heavy pitcher stats.

my team (hitters):

1B Prince
2B Hill
3B Arod
SS Jeter
OF Braun
OF Hart
OF Pierre
Util

DL Hamilton
DL Sizemore
DL Aramis
Sus: Manny

Is this a keeper? If not then I would probably move Sizemore. Losing him for a 3rd of the season is not going to win you a title. Plus how is he going to hit once he returns. I might look around but I think I would take that deal. I also would take the Upton deal.

I might take Lilly and Ellsbury for Sizemore. I'm not terribly optimistic about Grady and he's almost certain to miss extended time......

#1 I wouldn't give up Grady for that.
#2 is a steal for you. Take that and run. And yes I play in a few pitcher heavy league.
