No, they won;t.

Ortiz is effectively done. He has no ( I mean NO) bat speed any more. I'm a Sox fan and I watch every game. You'd be very lucky to see end of the year numbers for Ortiz at:

.240, 10 HR, 50 RBI

Really, that's a best case scenario.

DiceK isn't worht it either, he is just a big name. His K numbers will be pretty good, but everything else will absolutely MURDER you. Especially hsi WHIP, as we all know.

I'd expect an ERA of 4.30, 150 Ks, WHIP of 1.40 (at least). You can do better than that.

I dropped Ortiz about 3-3 1/2 weeks ago. He cleared waivers, then another guy in my league picked him. First night on his team, Popi goes yard. I'm thinking "of course he does". But he's been utterly useless since that HR and indeed, the team that picked him up just dropped him a couple nights ago..... I think he's done like dinner........ Dice-K will of course help you out in K's and should win a few backed up by the Boston offense, but his ratios will slaughter your team numbers! In short, neither one is worth it.
