Braun for Longoria is pretty even on it's own - but I don't really like that trade for you. You REALLY need an SP. I think Zimmerman is fine for you at 3rd, so if you are gonan trade Braun, might as well forget about Longoria and just trade him straight up for a STUD SP, then keep Zimmerman at 3rd and slide Hawpe into your vacant OF spot.
Help?

Yeah but if I trade Braun I'm going to need a top ten keeper back which he does not have besides Longo.

Well hey if he's the onyl guy in the league you can trade with, then maybe you make that deal. I guess I just don't think it helps you where you really need help, and weakens your trade flexibility down the line.
Longoria and Braun are pretty equal, like I said, but I think I'd rather have Evan. I'm just not a huge fan of any of those SPs you'll be getting back. At least given the weakness of your current staff, I think you need to go after someone better.

I like Shields out of the pitchers. I think he'll have a solid 2nd half
