My Pedroaia and Abreau for his Hudson, Hawpe, Fuentes. WHIR

This trade has just been proposed to me:

My roster:
C: Wieters
1B: Pujols
2B: Pedroia
SS: Theriot (for home and lefty), Alexi Ramirez otherwise
3B: Reynolds
OF: Mix and match these
Holliday, Rios, Abreau, Cameron, Sheffield, Scott
SuperSub: Sandoval

SP: Santana, Greinke, Lackey, Buehrle, Nolasco
RP: Downs, Sherill, Gonzales
DL: Escobar

I am near the bottom in offense (except steals where I am first) but slowly gaining ground (much of my roster has been WW)
I am near the top in pitching except in saves where I am in the middle.
Am 5th in a 12 person Yahoo Roto league.

The one downside I can see right off is that I will have to make a drop with this trade and
then make a second drop when I activate Escobar.

The upside is that given my needs, Hawpe represents an upgrade over Abreau and I can get to
near the top in saves by adding Fuentes.

This is just ok in my opinion.

I like Abreu more than Hawpe personally
If Hudson stays hot and Fuentes helps your saves then you get what you wanted but....I just don't think its doing you any real favors.

I agree this isn't great for you. I think you could get more help by dealing pedroia than fuentes, hawpe who's okay, and hudson. good luck!
