Any updates on Kuo? Any good replacements for him?

Is there a timetable for the return of Kuo? I love him in a SP slot helping out my ERA/WHIP.

If he's not coming back anytime soon, are there any good RP's that post good ERA/WHIPs and qualify in the SP slot?

Carlos Villanueva has rung up 13 consecutive scoreless appearances, he's getting better then a strikeout and inning, and he's not really even allowing baserunners. Other than struggling as the temporary closer when Hoffman was on the DL, he's been lights out.
