Isn't it a little early to be picking your keepers? Rollins has been showing signs of life lately, I'd still stick with him at this point.

100% Rollins, (Rollins is a possible late first round pick, while Phillips is probably a 3rd or 4th rounder.)

Um, this isn't 2007 folks. Phillips by a MILE. Rollins is not a productive major league hitter anymore.
Batting average: Phillips is batting 51 points higher.
Homeruns: Phillips 9, Rollins 3
RBI: Phillips 37, Rollins 18
Runs: Philips 23, Rollins 32
Phillips 4, Rollins 9
If you can find someone who thinks Rollins is a second round talent, rob him blind.
