My team is doing really well (in first place by a decent margin because I just beat the second place team 8-2) so I don't want to change too much but I was thinking I would sacrifice my prized project keeper to try and win it all this year with a pitching upgrade. So would my Justin Upton for Lackey be a good trade for my team (the owner has shown interest in Upton)?

Your offense looks a lot stronger than your starting pitching. You also have plenty of guys to fill that last utility spot. I would make this move. Good luck!
help me out?

Even in a keeper league I'm just wondering if that changes your mind at all? Could I get a better SP?
