Dempster/Millwood for Oswalt/Thome?

I'm in a 16 team h2h standard 6x6 league (includes runs and OPS) ... I'm in second place. Roster is below....Should I take Oswalt and Thome for Millwood and Dempster - my reasoning is Oswalt is a second half m an and Millwood will be in texas in the summer. If I shouldn't take it, what combo of pitchers should I offer.
