He won't keep up his production but I would drop Willy T for him Tulo has to get it turned around at some point I would think and your not really strong at SS so it's better to have two choices.

Yeah, you could do that ... or maybe drop Wheeler for him? Unless your league counts holds, I think he's droppable. And I agree with the poster who said SS is a tough position to fill, and sometimes you just have to hold on to guys like tulo.
