Fair Trade

Postby Some Guy 15 » Mon Jun 01, 2009 11:22 am

I was planning on putting out a trade, my Berkman and Juan Pierre for Fielder. The guys needs stolen bases badly and I have the depth to lose Pierre in the outfield.

Question - Do you think its a fair trade that helps both teams?

Zobrist

its not terrible, but if anything i think you are giving up too much. I think your selling low on Berkman when he very well could turn it around, Pierre probably has pretty decent trade value right now being that he has been blazing hot!!!

Its not the worst deal but I don't think you are doing yourself any huge favor either.

I should add that this is a twelve team Roto league and I could use some help on Homers and RBI thus why Fielder looked good to begin with.

Anyone Else.

I think Berkman for Fielder straight up is more than fair. Don't give up too much.

berkman for fielder straightup is more than fair. If he won't do it without pierre, see if you can get someone else from him in return. Losing pierre isn't a big loss, because he doesn't have guaranteed playing time when manny comes back

Agree. Berkman for Fielder is pretty fair. Pierre has a lot of value right now. You need to get something else back in the deal.

PLEASE HELP
