How to force a trade through in Yahoo! as commissioner?

My friend is the commish. He doesn't know how to do it. He accidentally vetoed a trade, and one of the managers is a way for 3 weeks so they can't accept the trade right now. So...how can he do it?

you can manually drop both players, then manually add them to the other teams

but something sounds a little fishy. why cant you contact the owner and get him to accept it or give you his log in info?

well, i one of my leagues this year, someone forgot his log-in info, so thats always a possibility
