Trade help...Kershaw for N. Johnson?

I am first in my league of 16....I got offered N.Johnson for Clayton Kershaw...I understand the injury history of nick...but that .340 and runs/rbi's totals is hard to turn down especially considering Kershaw doesn't have a history, also keeping in mind he would replace Rowand at Util....little advice would help....standard 6x6 h2h...here's team...

rowand - this is m y weak point and who i'd replace with Johnson at Util spot

I wouldn't do it. Johnson isn't going to produce outstanding numbers even if he stays healthy.
