I would be Giving Braun and Haren, and receiving Hanley and one out of Lidge/Soria/Bell. (Who should I ask for?)
I know I am probably giving up more value in this deal, but the reasoning behind this trade is that I'm about 150 projected IPs over our league limit and I'm in the middle of the pack in SVs.

If you will be over innings then I would definitely do it. Right now it looks like Bell is the best option, but him or Soria would work well. I'm assuming you'd keep Hanley then since it's a keeper league, and SS are much harder to come by than outfielders, so I like that as well. Lastly, Braun isn't putting up numbers than Hanley couldn't right now, and Hanley's starting to step into things. I'd do it.

If Soria has no more nagging injuries I would choose him followed by Bell and finally Lidge. Soria and Bell are close to each other though.
Let me know your thoughts...

I think it looks good, esp if DL stint serves Grady well and you still have some help on bench. I also like Soria if you think he is back healthy, but Bell is doing well enough that I but bite on him over Lidge.
Could you get a mild SP upgrade too???? Can't see his team, but he is getting good value too.
HELP ME OUT???

The other guy is definitely getting good value, but if you're going to be that far over the IP limit, you need to do it. Hanley will be a top-tier SS for years to come, which is great for a keeper, and should keep pace with Braun. Also, Braun lost some value this year now that he's no longer 3B eligible.
I'd go for Bell between the closers; he pitches in a great park for a team not much worse than Soria's, and he's had no injury issues this season.
I agree with the previous poster that it would be nice to get a mid-rotation starter in addition, but either way it seems like the deal makes sense for you.

I understand your dilemma, so I'd probably take Bell. Lidge a close second.

Thanks to SmooveThug for the Sigs!
