Any reason I shouldn't make this trade? I need help in batting avg and Cabrera would instantly become one of my 3 keepers.

I would do this. Greinke's off to the hottest start ever, but Halladay is proven and not a major downgrade, if any at all. Cabrera is the major player in this deal, and will help you for years to come. Go for it.
