As you can see from my roster below, I have been hammered as of late by injuries (especially on the offensive side). I had Weeks as well but saw no reason to hold him given the current situation. There really isn't much in the way of help on the WW in the form of a bat so that will have to come through a trade. However, Lester is available on the WW and I have the #1 position. What is the group's opinion of my burning it by dropping Hafner for Lester? I'm still only 2 games out of first in my division but I can see me really slipping if I don't do something soon.
Also, any suggestions on who I may target for help? I can probably get a good return on Price or some of my other keeper probabilities and since we only keep 7, I won't be able to retain them all. I'd really like your thoughts?

wow... i can't believe lester is available. yes, you definitely use #1 waiver on him in my opinion. as for trades, i'd try to package price with ortiz to see if you can get a better 2B.
I concur. I drafted Lester in two of my leagues and used my #2 priority to pick him up when he was dropped in my third league. Just look at his outing today. He is an ace and I am shocked someone dropped him, although he has been mostly middling to this point. Use that #1!!

Without a doubt pick up Lester. You have no trade value currently with Ortiz, but wait until he hits a homerun then try to package him with price or Lilly for another SP (I'd go with Lilly)
