Ive never traded draft picks before... so Dont know what a 4th pick really gives him in a 10 team league.

I don't like it. In a keeper league I think Jones is pretty close in value to Bay. I'd keep Jones and enjoy the ride and watching him develop.

Keep Jones. If you really like Bay you should be able to trade for him straight up for Adam. If not I'd pass.
